To prepare your site for delivery,
please read the following carefully:
A level site is necessary for delivery and set-up. Since
our barns are built on 6'x6' pressure-treated skids, they
will withstand many years of direct ground contact.
A gravel base will enhance the drainage around your building,
especially the Shed Row Barns with stalls. Fine Gravel,
preferably Stone Dust, is what we recommend. For safety
reasons, some townships require that the building be anchored
to or resting on concrete (check with your municipal agency).
Don't Delay Delivery
Failure to make your site accessible on the date of delivery can delay your barn's delivery.
