Prefab Garage – Waterbury Center, VT

Project Description:

A 24×30 prefab garage with 9′ high walls and an enclosed 10′ lean-to. This Waterbury Center, VT garage was built with white pine tongue and groove siding painted with red paint by Haley Paint Company. It has 9 pitch engineered attic trusses and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Hunter Green Color) shingles. The installed windows are 24″x24″ Andersen Silverline awning windows with screens allowing air to flow through the garage. It has 9×7 non-insulated SRP garage doors with windows by General Door Corporation and a loft door with transom window by J&N Structures. The wood gable vent was built by J&N Structures. Up top of this garage, we added a B-37 cupolas by Creative Cupolas. The foundation is a concrete pad by the customer

Benefits:

This prefab 2 car garage holds 2 cars and the enclosed lean-to is split into a 6’x8′ section open at the front with an insulated service door with 9 lite window going into the garage and a 8’x24′ section that is open to the interior of the garage. The attic trusses are designed for a small loft with stairs leading into the loft. The roof has Henry Eaveguard (Ice & Water Shield) and was built to handle the snow load of the area.
