Double Wide Building – Slatington, PA

Project Description:

This is a 24×36 double-wide building with 8′ high ceiling and a full loft. This Slatington, PA garage was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with brown paint by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door crossbucks and trim are painted tan. It has 12 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with BP Everest 42 (Sunset Cedar color) shingles. The large windows are 48″x48″ vinyl Andersen Silverline double-hung windows with screens and the small windows are 48″x12″ vinyl Andersen transom windows. The windows and insulated exterior door with 9 lite window were built by Bird – In – Hand Windows. It has 4’x8′ swinging double doors with transom windows and a loft door with transom window by J&N Structures. The wood gable vent was built by J&N Structures. Up top of this garage, we added a B-24 cupola by Creative Cupolas. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer

Benefits:
This double-wide building’s interior was customized for use as a butcher shop. It has a full loft accessed via stairs. A 5′ wide a-frame dormer is installed above the service door.
