10’x40′ Run-in-shed – Blackburg, VA

Project Description:

This is a 10’x40′ run-in shed with 4′ lean-to. This Blacksburg, VA horse barn with lean-to was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with belmont blue paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted white. It has 3 pitch rafters and an insulated 28 gauge metal roof (Charcoal color) manufactured by A.B. Martin. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird- In-Hand Windows & Doors. The swinging mesh gates are manufactured by Esch Fencing. The 4’x7′ dutch doors and service door and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. 

Benefits: 

This shed row horse barn has (2) 10’x14′ stalls and a 10’x12′ tack room and a 4’x40′ lean-to. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a dutch door in the rear and swinging mesh gates in the front and a removable partition. The tack room has floor and a service door in the rear and a sliding window in the front. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, are gable vents.
