Shed Row Barn – Moseley, VA

Project Description:

This is a 12’x36′ shed row horse barn with 10′ lean-to. This Moseley, VA horse barn with lean-to was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 3 pitch rafters and an insulated 28 gauge metal roof (Evergreen color) manufactured by A.B. Martin. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 4’x7′ dutch doors and 48″x80″ dutch doors with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-32 Boston Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas. 

Benefits: 

This shed row horse barn has (3) 12’x12′ stalls and a 10’x36′ lean-to. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a dutch door in the front and a dutch door with window in the rear. Two stalls have a sliding window in the side. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, are gable vents. The lean-to offers shelter from the hot sun or rain and snow.
