12×36 Shed Row Barn with 4 & 12 Lean-To 8 Pitch – Grafton, MA

Project Description:

This is a 12’x36′ shed row horse barn with 4′ & 12′ lean-to. This Grafton, MA horse barn with lean-to was built with lp smartside clapboard siding painted with white paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 8 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 4’x7′ dutch doors with windows and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:
This shed row horse barn has (3) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x36′ lean-to. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a dutch door in the front and a dutch door in the rear and each gable end has a window. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, are gable vents. The lean-to offers shelter from the hot sun or rain and snow.
