12x78x108 L Shaped Barn – Lexington KY

Project Description:

This 12’ x 78’ x 108’ L-shaped barn with 12’ lean-to was erected in Lexington, KY. The white pine board and batten siding was painted with Haley Paint in the Christiana Gray color with white trim. The architectural shingles (2-Tone Black color) were manufactured by BP. The wood sash windows were made by Bird in Hand Windows. All the wooden doors were crafted by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits:

This barn has (10) 12’ x 12’ stalls with Dutch doors on the front and Dutch door windows in the rear. There are (2) enclosed 12’ x 24’ tack rooms and (2) 9’ x 12’ grooming stalls, making this big beauty very functional. Please see the attached floor plan for more details.
