24 x 24 x 9 Prefab Garage – Bridgewater Corners, VT

This is a 24’x24’x9 pre-fab garage with a 12’x36′ lean-to. This Bridgewater Corners, VT garage was built with white pine board & batten siding stained with caramel stain manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The fascia, rakeboard, corner trim and window trim and door trim are painted green. It has 6 pitch rafters and standing seam metal roof by customer. The windows are insulated double-hung Silverline Series windows with screens manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In- Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated service door with window was manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated 9’x8’ High Regency overhead garage doors with windows were manufactured by General Door Corporation and installed by Monterey Door Shop. The gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-37 Boston Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This garage has 9’ high ceiling and a full loft. It has (2) garage bays, and a enclosed lean-to each with a insulated garage door with windows in the front. Along one side are (3) insulated double-hung windows and the along other side is an insulated service door with window and a insulated double-hung window. The loft is accessed via stairs. At one end of the loft is a double window and at the other end is an insulated double-hung window and each side of the has (2) double-hung windows. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
