24x40x15 Garage with 12 Lean-To Prefab 9 Pitch – Marshfield, MA

Project Description:

This is a 24’x40’ prefab garage with 13’ high walls and 12′ lean-to. This Marshfield, MA garage was built with white pine board & batten siding stained with caramel stain manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 9 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The windows are insulated double-hung Silverline Series windows with screens manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated service door with window was manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated 12’x14’ Homestead Series overhead garage door and the insulated 9’x8’ Homestead Series overhead garage doors were manufactured by General Door Corporation and installed by Monterey Door Shop. The loft door with transom window are manufactured by J&N Structures. The foundation is a concrete pad with 24″ concrete walls installed by the customer.

Benefits:
This garage has 15’ high ceiling and a full loft. It has (2) garage bays, each with a insulated garage door in the front. Along one side are (3) insulated double-hung windows and the along other side are (2) double-hung windows. In the front is a insulated service door with window. The loft is accessed via stairs. At one end of the loft is a swinging loft door with transom window and at the other end is an insulated double-hung window. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
