3-Story Garage – Washington, Vermont

Project Description:

This 3-story garage was erected on site in Washington, Vermont. The garage has white pine board and batten siding stained with Madison Smoke Stain from A&L Paint and the red trim was painted with Haley Paint. The 8 pitch green metal roof is from Everlast Metal. The Seven D vinyl windows and 9 lite service door was provided by Keystone Door Solutions. The transom glass sliding doors were manufactured by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits:

The garage has two 12’ wide dormers on the upper level. The first and second floors are open and reinforced with 2×12 joists to accommodate the owner’s garaged cars and equipment. The vinyl windows and transom glass doors provide plenty of natural light in the garage.
