30×24 Trailside – Mount Wolf, PA

Project Description:

This is a 30’x24’ modular horse barn in the trailside style. This Mount Wolf, PA trailside horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding. The roof has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Hunter Green color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x8’ roll doors and service door are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-24 Boston Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:
This modular horse barn has a 10’x12’ stall and a 10’x12’ tack room and a 10’x24’ open storage area and a 10’x24’ center aisle. The stall is lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and has a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a sliding window to the outside. The tack room has floor and a sliding window and a service door into the center aisle. The open storage area has (2) sliding windows and is open to the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors at each end. In the front and rear, are extra sliding windows on either side of the sliding doors.
