30×30 Trailside – Whitman, MA

Project Description:

This is a 30’x30’ modular horse barn in the trailside style. This Whitman, MA trailside horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted white. The roof has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Charcoal color) shingles. The insulated service door with window and insulated service door without window were manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x8’ roll doors and 4’x7’ dutch doors with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:
This modular horse barn has (5) 10’x10’ stalls and a 10’x10’ tack room and a 10’x30’ center aisle. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door to the outside. The tack room has floor and a insulated service door with window in the rear and a insulated service door into the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors.
