Project Description:

This is a 36’x24’ modular horse barn in the trailside style. This Woodsboro, MD trailside horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding. The roof has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x8’ roll doors with and without windows and service door and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits;
This modular horse barn has (3) 12’x12’ stalls and a 12’x12’ tack room and a 12’x24’ center aisle. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a window to the outside. The tack room has floor and a sliding window and a service door into the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at one end and double-sliding doors without windows at the other end.
