36×36 Monitor with (2) 8 Lean-To — Dallas, PA


Project Description:

This is a 36’x36’ modular horse barn in the monitor style with (2) 8’ lean-tos. This Dallas, PA monitor horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with a custom paint color. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted white. The roof has 3 pitch and 6 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Charcoal color) shingles. The large windows are insulated double-hung Silverline Series windows and the smaller windows are insulated single-hung Silverline Series slider windows manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated service door with window was manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x10’ roll doors and loft door are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-37 Boston Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer. 

Benefits: 

This modular horse barn is all open inside. It has a loft over the center accessed via stairs. One end of the loft has a swinging loft door and the other end has a insulated double-hung window. Along each side of the loft are (3) insulated single-hung sliding windows. The front and rear have double sliding doors. The front has insulated double-hung windows on either side of the sliding doors. The one side has (3) insulated double-hung windows and the other side has (2) insulated double-hung windows and a insulated service door with window.
