Project Description:

This 36’ x 36’ barn with a 10’ lean-to was erected in Gainesville, Virginia in the Trailside style. The white pine board and batten siding was left unstained/painted. The 4- pitch roof was shingled with the BP Everest line in the Cobalt Black color. A cupola and copper weathervane top the barn off from Creative Cupolas. The wood sash windows were manufactured by Bird in Hand Windows and the Silverline vinyl window was manufactured by Ply-Gem. The service door and Dutch doors were crafted by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits:

This barn is accessed by a pair of 6’x8’ wood sliding doors with glass on the front & rear entrances. There are (5) 12’x12’ stalls and a 12’x12’ tack room is inside the front entrance. A 10’ lean-to overhang is off of the left side, providing extra protection outside the three left side stalls. Please see the attached floor plan for more details.
