Project Description:

This 36’ x 36’ barn was erected in Middleburg, Virginia in the Trailside style. The white pine board and batten siding was painted with Haley’s White and the trim was painted with Haley’s Black paint. The 4- pitch roof was shingled with the BP Everest line in the Cobalt Black color. A cupola and copper weathervane top the barn off from Creative Cupolas. The wood sash windows were manufactured by Bird in Hand Windows. The service door and Dutch doors were crafted by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits:

This barn is accessed by a pair of 6’x8’ wood sliding doors with glass on the front & rear entrances. There are (5) 12’x12’ stalls, each with a sliding stall door in the aisle and a Dutch door with glass to provide outside access. A 12’x12’ tack room is inside the front entrance and is accessible from the outside by way of a wooden service door with glass. Please see the attached floor plan for more details.
