36’x40’x10′ Modular Barn – East Waterboro, ME

This is a 36’x40’x10′ modular horse barn in the gambrel style with 8′ lean-to. This East Waterboro, ME gambrel horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding. It has gambrel style rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Hunter Green color) shingles. The windows are insulated double-hung Silverline Series windows manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated service door with window and insulated double french doors were manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 10’x9′ Insulated Homestead Series garage doors with windows and 8’x8′ Insulated Homestead Series garage door were manufactured by General Door Corporation and installed by Monterey Door Shop. The wood service doors and wood loft door are manufactured by J&N Structures.

This modular horse barn has a 12’x16′ and 24’x40′ open area’s and 12’x8′ and 12’x16′ storage room’s. It has a full loft accessed via stairs in the open area. One end of the loft has a swinging loft door and the other end has double french doors. The 24’x40′ open area has a double-hung window and a insulated service door with window and a garage door to the outside. The 12’x16′ open area has a double-hung window to the outside. The 12’x16′ storage room has a insulated service door with window and a double-hung window to the outside and a wood service door to the 12’x16′ open area. The 12’x8′ storage room has a wood service door to the 12’x16′ storage room. In the front, are (3) 10’x9′ garage doors with windows.
