Project Description:

This 36’ x 48’ barn was erected in Lyndonville, Vermont in the Monitor style. The white pine board and batten siding was painted with Haley’s Barn Red and the trim was painted with Haley’s White paint. The roof was shingled with BP Everest line in the Cobalt Black color. A cupola and copper weathervane top the barn off from Creative Cupolas. Custom stairs were manufactured by Lezzer Lumber. The Silverline vinyl window in the tack room was manufactured by Ply-Gem. The 6-lite wooden barn sash windows were made by Bird in Hand Windows. The wooden doors were crafted by Appalachian Woodcrafts. Please see the attached lower floor plan.

Benefits:

This barn is accessed by a pair of 6’x8’ wood sliding doors in the front. There are (7) 10’x12’ stalls, each with a sliding stall door in the aisle. A 10’x12’ tack room is in the rear part of the barn with access to stairs in the aisle, leading to the loft area. The loft has a pair of 30”x72” sliding wood doors on the front & rear gable ends that are functional.
