Project Description:

This 36’ x 48’ barn with two 10’ lean-tos was erected in Woodford, Virginia in the Trailside style. The white pine board and batten siding was painted White with Black trim using Haley’s Paint. The 4- pitch roof was shingled with the BP Everest line in the 2-Tone Black color. A cupola and copper weathervane top the barn off from Creative Cupolas. The wood sash windows were manufactured by Bird in Hand Windows. The service doors and Dutch doors were crafted by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits:

This barn is accessed by a pair of 6’x8’ wood sliding doors with glass on the front and rear entrance. There are (6) 12’x12’ stalls with sliding stall doors in the aisle and a Dutch door with glass leading to the outside. There is (1) 12’x12’ feed room and (1) 12’x12’ tack room. There is a 10’ lean-to overhang on both sides of the barn. Please see the attached floor plan for more details.
