36×60 High Country – Pikeville, TN

Project Description:

This 36’ x 60’ barn with (2) 10’ overhangs was erected in Pikesville, TN in the High Country style. The white pine board and batten siding is painted red with black trim using paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The 8- pitch roof is shingled with architectural shingles (2-Tone Black color) manufactured by BP. A B-48 and (2) B-24 cupolas produced by Creative Cupolas top off the barn. Custom L-shaped stairs were made by Lezzer Lumber. The triple Silverline vinyl half-moon window was provided by Bird in Hand Windows. All the wood sliding doors were crafted by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits:

This High Country barn is showcased by a distinct “Turkey Tail” on both gable ends, with a triple vinyl half moon window under the front gable. The barn has (5) 12’x12’ stalls, (2) 12’x24’ stalls and (1) 12’x12’ foyer that houses the L-shaped stairs that lead to a functional upstairs. There are (2) 10’ overhangs, which provide protection from the elements. Please see the attached floor plan for more details.
