38×108 Barn with (2) 10 Lean-To 6 Pitch – Voorhees, NJ

Project Description:

This is a 38’x108’ modular horse barn with (2) 10’ lean-tos. This Voorhees, NJ horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding stained with smoke stain manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks and shutters and fascia are painted green. The roof has 6 pitch scissors trusses and architectural shingle roof with IKO Dynasty (Emerald Green color) shingles. The scissors trusses were manufactured by Superior Trusses LLC. The gutters and downspouts were manufactured by Pemier Spouting Design. The windows are insulated double-hung Silverline Series windows manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors and the thermal transom windows are manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated french patio doors were manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 7’x9’ roll doors with windows and 4’x7’ roll doors with windows and 4’x7’ dutch doors with window and 4’x3’ dutch door top sections with window and service doors and shutters and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-48 Boston Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits: This modular horse barn has (12) 12’x12’ stalls and a 12’x36’ tack room and a 12’x12’ side aisle and a 12’x12’ wash stall and a 14’x108’ center aisle. It has a full loft accessed via stairs from the center aisle. Each end of the loft has a deck accessed via outside stairs and french patio doors with (2) insulated double-hung windows on either side. Along one side of the loft are (9) insulated double-hung windows and along the other side are (8) insulated double-hung windows. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent. On the roof are small shed dormers with transom windows. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards. (11) stalls have a sliding stall door with drop down yoke into the center aisle and one stall has a metal swinging gate with yoke. (2) swinging partitions with grill separate (4) of the stalls. (9) stalls have a dutch door with window to the outside. (3) stalls have a dutch door top section with window in the rear of the stall. The tack room has a rest room with a service door and (3) dutch door top sections with window and a service door into the center aisle. The side aisle has double sliding doors with windows and is open to the center aisle. The wash stall has white glass boards on the walls and a dutch door top section with window and is open to the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. On either side of the double sliding doors with window are extra insulated double-hung windows.
