Double Wide Garage – Barnard, VT

Project Description:

This is a 24x36x12 prefab garage with 9′ high ceiling and a 12′ lean-to. This Barnard, VT garage was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 12 pitch rafters and standing seam metal roof by the customer. The windows are Andersen 400 Series double-hung windows with screens. It has 9×8 Homestead insulated overhead garage doors with windows by General Door Corporation. The insulated service door with window was manufactured by Musselman’s Lumber, Inc. The foundation is a concrete pad with 12″ concrete wall installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This prefab garage has (2) garage doors and an insulated service door with 4 lite window. A small dormer covers the service door. It has a full loft with 3′ high knee walls and (2) 16′ wide dormers. The Loft is accessed via stairs. The roof has Henry Eaveguard (Ice & Water Shield) and was built to handle the snow load of the area.
