High Country Modular Barn – Brewster, MA


Project Description:

This is a 30’x50′ modular barn in the high country style. This Brewster, MA high country barn was built with white pine board and batten siding stained with keystone gold by Haley Paint Company. It has 8 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are Andersen Silverline double-hung windows by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 9’x7′ SRP overhead garage door and the 8’x7′ SRP overhead garage doors are by Monterey Doors. The 5’x9′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with windows are built by J&N Structures. Up top is a B-37 cupola by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (5) 10’x10′ stalls and a 10’x10′ tack room and a 20’x30′ work shop. It has a full loft, with a partition separating a 30’x30′ area for hay loft and 20’x30′ area for recreation room. In the hay loft is a dormer with a second loft door in it. The loft is accessed via stairs. The stalls have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door with yoke and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor, a window, a service door into the aisleway and a service door with window to the outside. The work shop has a 9’x7′ overhead garage door and (2) 8’x7′ overhead garage doors and a window and a service door with window.
