Double-Wide Garage

Project Description:

This a 24’x24′ double-wide garage with loft and 8′ high walls. This Lititz, PA garage was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with red paint by Haley Paint Company. The loft gables have LP Smartside shakes siding. It has 8 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are Andersen Silverline double-hung windows with screens by Bird-In-Hand Windows. It has 9’x7′ Homestead Series non-insulated overhead garage doors with windows manufactured by General Door Corporation. The 3’x6′ loft door and service door with window were manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:
This double-wide 2 car garage has floor and 8′ high ceiling with a full loft. It has (2) garage doors in the front and and (2) windows on the right side and a window and a service door with window on the left side. The loft is accessed via stairs and has a loft door in the front and a window in the rear.
