Project Description:

This is a 24’x40′ double-wide garage with 9′ high walls and a 10′ lean-to. This Brewster, NY garage was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has gambrel style rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Shakewood color) shingles. The windows are double-hung Andersen Silverline windows with screens from Bird-In-Hand Windows. The insulated service door is manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. It has non-insulated 10’x8′ SRP garage doors manufactured by General Door Corporation. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer

Benefits:
This double-wide garage has 9′ high ceiling with a full loft. It has (3) garage doors in the front and a service door on the right side under the lean-to. The loft is accessed via stairs. On the front side of the loft is a triple window.
