Double Wide Garage – Lyme, NH

Project Description:

This is a 24’x24′ double-wide garage with 10′ lean-to. This Lyme, NH garage was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 8 pitch rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal Color) shingles. The windows are insulated double-hung Andersen Silverline Series windows with screens provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 10′-4″x10′ sliding doors on double tracks and service door and loft door with transom window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-32 Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer

Benefits:

This double-wide garage has a 10′ high ceiling with a full loft. It has (2) sliding doors on double tracks in the front and (2) insulated double-hung windows on the one side and a service door on the side underneath the lean-to. The loft is accessed via stairs. At one end of the loft is a loft door with a transom window and at the other end is an insulated double-hung window.
