Double Wide Modular Barn – Finksburg, MD

Project Description:

This is a 24’x48′ double-wide modular barn in the trailside style. This Finksburg, MD double-wide trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding stained with smoke stain manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and doors are stained a custom color stain. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Pewter Grey color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The double 48″x80″ roll doors with windows and 10’x7′ roll doors are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof are (2) B-27 Series cupolas manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This double-wide modular barn has (3) 12’x10′ stalls and a 12’x8′ tack room and a 12’x10′ open storage area and a 12’x48′ aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a sliding window in the rear. The tack room has floor and a service door into the aisle and a sliding window in the rear. The open storage area is open to the aisle. The aisle has a sliding door at each end and (4) sliding windows and double sliding doors with windows along the side.
