Double Wide Modular Barn – Haymarket, VA

Project Description:

This is a 24’x30′ double-wide modular barn in the trailside style. This Haymarket, VA trailside barn was built with duratemp t1-11 siding painted with custom color paint manufactured by Sherwin Williams Paint. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted custom white color. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Barkwood color) shingles. The windows are aluminum single-hung windows provided by Apple Fasteners Inc. The 5’x7′ roll doors and 4’x7′ dutch doors are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-32 Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (2) 12’x12′ stalls and a 18’x24′ open area. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the open area and a dutch door to the outside. The open area has (4) singlehung windows and double sliding doors to the outside.
