Double-wide Modular Barn – Poolesville, MD

Project Description:

This is a 20’x20′ double-wide modular barn. This Poolesville, MD barn was built with white pine board and batten siding stained with cedar stain provided by Haley Paint Company. It has gambrel style rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Weathered Wood color) shingles. The gutters and down spouts are manufactured by Premier Spouting Design. The windows are Pro Series double-hung windows manufactured by Northeast Building Products. The 4’x7′ dutch doors with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. The gable vents are also manufactured by J&N Structures. The service door was provided by the customer.

Benefits:

This double-wide barn has (2) 10’x10′ stalls and a 10’x20′ aisle. It has a full loft accessed via stairs. Each end of the loft has (2) windows. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a 4’x7′ stall door and a dutch door with window to the outside. The aisle has (2) windows and a service door to the outside.
