Garage – Loveland, CO

Project Description:

This 24’x36’ Garage was erected onsite in Loveland, Colorado. The 12-pitch roof has standing seam metal from Central States Manufacturing in the Rustic color. The garage has 10’ walls with Hardie board siding installed by the customer. The garage has two 9’x9’ Haas garage doors. The fiberglass service door and Anderson vinyl windows were provided by Bloedorn Lumber. Custom-made stairs were manufactured by Lezzer Lumber. The sun lights were provided by the customer.

Benefits:

The garage has a large 24’x36’ lower open concept that has custom L-shaped stairs leading to a full second floor. Two 9’x9’ overhead garage doors and a fiberglass service door provide access to the garage. The lower level has six 33.75”x40.75” Anderson vinyl insulated windows. The front gable has three windows large Anderson windows that provide natural light for the upstairs. The garage has a 5’ lean-to overhang on the right side providing a 5’x12’ enclosed area. The left side has a 12’x36’ overhang lean-to.
