Garage – Manchester Center, Vermont

Project Description:

This garage was constructed on-site in Manchester Center, Vermont. The 8 pitch roof was shingled with GAF Timberline shingles in the Antique Slate color. The garage was painted using Haley Paints red. Anderson Silverline vinyl windows were used throughout the structure. PDQ Door installed the 12’ x 10’ Homestead garage door. Custom made stairs were made by Lezzer Lumber.

Benefits:

This attractive garage provides an abundance of lower-level space to park the owner’s classic truck. The lower level has six large windows allowing natural light in the lower level. There is a 12’ lean-to area on the one side, to provide weather protection. The garage has custom made stairs leading to an upstairs area. There is one 12’ wide shed dormer on the lean-to side of the building, adding more upstairs room.
