Garage – Sunderland, VT

Project Description:

This 32x42x12 garage was erected in Sunderland, Vermont. The garage has an 8-pitch attic truss system designed by Triple D Truss to handle a 90lb snow load. The roof has BP fossil wood colored shingles. The white pine board and batten siding is painted evergreen with Haley Paint. The 10×10 Homestead garage doors and Liftmaster opener were installed by Monterey Doors. Custom made stairs were manufactured by Lezzer Lumber. The Anderson Silverline windows were provided by rk Miles.

Benefits:

The garage provides plenty of easy access to park vehicles and equipment on the lower level. The front 10×10 garage doors have two glass panels in each door which allows extra natural light into the garage. Custom made stairs are in the rear of the garage which provides access to the upstairs loft area. There is a 12’ wide dormer with two windows on the right side of the garage. The garage has a 12’ lean-to on the rear elevation that allows for extra equipment/storage space.
