Garage with Overhang Lean-to, Corinth Vermont

Project Description:

This attractive 26’ x 46’ x 9’ garage was erected in Corinth, Vermont. The garage has a 12 pitch roof shingled with BP pewter grey shingles. The white pine board and batten siding is stained with Haley Paints urethane smoke colored stain, providing your wood siding years of extra protection. The garage sports (2) 9’ X 8’ double doors made by Appalachian Woodcrafts. Bird in Hand Windows supplied the 29 ¾” x 46” vinyl Anderson Silverline windows as well as an insulated fiberglass exterior door with transom window. Lezzer Lumber custom made the L shaped wooden stairs.

Benefits:
This garage has 9’ high wall with a 4’ knee wall providing total wall height of 13’ 10” and a 2×10 floor system. There is a 9’ high 26’ wide partition in the back section of the garage, made with 2×6 16” O.C. The 36” L shaped stairs lead upstairs to a loft. There is a 10’ overhang leanto off of the right elevation providing you added protection.
