This is a 30’x48′ garage with 9′ high walls and a 10′ lean-to. This Yaphank, NY garage was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 12 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Hickory color) shingles. The small windows are sliding windows manufactured by Bird-In- Hand Windows & Doors and the large window is an insulated Silverline Series picture window manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In- Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x9′ sliding doors and service doors and loft door are manufactured by J&N Structures. The foundation is a frost wall installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This garage has partial loft with 9′ high ceiling and a 10′ lean-to. Part of the lean-to is enclosed and has a service door to the outside and a service door to the outside underneath the open lean-to and a service door into the garage. The garage has an all open interior with double roll doors at each end. Along one side are (2) sliding windows and the other side has a service door to the outside underneath the open lean-to. The loft is accessed via stairs. One end of the loft has a loft door and the other end has railing and is open to the garage below. An insulated picture window is on the gable end without loft.
