Modular Barn – Shelburne, NH


Project Description:

This is a 36’x24′ modular barn with 10′ high walls in the high country style. This Shelburne, NH high country barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with red paint by Haley Paint Company. The window trim, fascia, and soffit are painted white. It has 8 pitch rafters and charcoal metal roof. The small windows are sliding wood barn sash windows by Bird-In-Hand Windows and the larger windows were provided by the customer. The 6’x10′ roll doors with windows are built by J&N Structures.

Benefits:
This modular barn has (2) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x12′ tack room and a 12’x12′ open storage area. It has a full loft, except for a 12’x12′ area over the center aisle which is open to the first floor. This area has a railing to prevent falls. The loft is accessed via stairs. The stalls have a swinging 4’x4′ stall door and (2) windows. The tack room has floor and (2) windows and a service door. The eaves have a 16″ overhang and the fascia is fastened to square cut rafter tails.
