High Country Barn – Wassaic, NY

Project Description:

This barn was erected in Wassaic, NY in the High Country style. The 8 pitch roof is covered with charcoal colored Everlast Metal roofing. The barn’s white pine board and batten siding was painted red with Haley Paint. The window & door trim were painted using Behr’s Mexican Silver color. A vented cupola was manufactured by Creative Cupolas. The wood sash slider windows and Silverline vinyl windows were provided by Bird and Hand Windows. The wooden dutch doors, sliding doors, and sliding stall doors were manufactured by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits

There is plenty of functional space in this barn, with (3) 12’x12’ stalls, (2) 12’x10’ stalls, and (1) 12’x16’ tack room. The (3) 12’x12’ stalls have an 8’ leanto overhang to protect you and your animals from the elements. In the tack room there are custom made stairs leading to the loft area.
