High Country Modular Barn – Denmark, ME

Project Description:

This 30’ x 36’ modular barn was erected in Denmark, Maine in the High-Country style. The 8-pitch roof is clad with 29-gauge Black metal. The barn has white pine board and batten siding. The barn is topped off with a cupola and moose weather vane from Creative Cupolas. Custom-made stairs were manufactured by Lezzer Lumber. The wood sash windows were produced by Bird in Hand Windows. The wooden doors were crafted by Appalachian Woodcrafts.

Benefits:

This barn has a totally open lower level to store several pieces of equipment. The custom-made L-shaped stairs lead to a full upstairs loft area. There are (8) 28”x24” wood sash windows downstairs that provide plenty of natural light. The barn is accessed by front and rear sets of 5’x8’ wooden sliding doors. There is a 4’x6’ loft door on the front gable end and one 28”x24” wood sash window under the rear gable.
