L-Shaped Barn with 12 Lean-To – Westminster, MD

Project Description:

This is a L-shaped shed row horse barn with 12′ lean-to. This Westminster, MD horse barn with lean-to was built with white pine board and batten siding stained with bronze stain manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The small windows are sliding wood barn sash windows and the larger window is a single-hung wood barn sash window, all manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 4’x7′ dutch doors and service doors are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:
This L-shaped shed row horse barn has (4) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x24′ tack room and a 12’x12′ wash stall and a 12’x60′ lean-to. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a dutch door in the front and a sliding window in the rear. The tack room has floor and a service door in the front underneath the lean-to and (2) sliding windows and a service door in the rear. The wash stall has a single-hung window in the side and has white glass board on the walls and is open in the front underneath the lean-to. The lean-to offers shelter from the hot sun or rain and snow.
