Modular Barn – Middleburg, VA


Project Description:

This is a 36’x48′ modular barn in the trailside style. This Middleburg, VA trailside barn was built with LP Smartside clapboard siding painted with custom yellow paint color by Benjamin Moore Paint. The window trim and door crossbucks and trim are painted white. It has 3 pitch rafters and evergreen metal roof with insulation by A.B. Martin Roofing. The gutters and downspouts are manufactured by Premier Spouting Design. The windows are Andersen Silverline vinyl double-hung windows by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x8′ roll doors with windows are built by J&N Structures. The window shutters and gable vents are also made by J&N Structures. On the roof are custom cupolas built by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (7) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x12′ tack room. The stalls have 6′ high kickboard and a swinging 4’x4′ stall door and a window. The tack room has prefinished 1×4 southern yellow pine floor and a window and double service doors. Extra windows are installed on either side of the roll doors. All the windows have (2) shutters.
