Modular Barn – Allentown, NJ


Project Description:

This is a 36’x30’ modular horse barn in the trailside style. This Allentown, NJ horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with black paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The doors are stained with bronze stain. The roof has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x8’ roll doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors with window and service door and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-37 Boston Series cupola with horse weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular horse barn has (5) 12’x10’ stalls and a 12’x10’ tack room and a 12’x30’ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle. Three stalls have a dutch door with window to the outside. Two stalls have a sliding window in the rear. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. On each end of the barn, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
