Modular Barn – Baltimore, MD

Project Description:

This is a 30’x20′ modular barn in the trailside style. This Baltimore, MD trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding stained with bronze stain manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Hickory color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x8′ roll doors and 48″x80″ dutch doors are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (4) 10’x10′ stalls and a 10’x20′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door to the outside. The aisle has double sliding doors at each end. On either side of the double sliding doors are extra sliding windows.
