Modular Barn – Binghamton, NY


Project Description:

This 34’ x 60’ modular barn with double 8’ leanto overhangs was erected in Binghamton, NY in the High Country style. The barn was constructed with 10’ side walls and white pine board and batten siding was used. The barn is painted clay with white trim using Haley Paints. The 8 pitch roof is shingled with Cobalt Black BP shingles. The roof features a double “turkey tail” on both gable ends, with a pent roof over top the sliding aisle doors on both gable ends. Applachian Woodcrafts proudly made all the doors. The windows were manufactured by Bird and Hand Windows and Lezzer Lumber made the custom made wooden loft stairs. This beautiful barn is topped off with two 48” cupolas manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

There are (7) spacious 12’x12’ stalls to house all of your animals, along with (1) 12’x12’ wash stall, (1) 12’x12’ tack room, and (1) 12’x12’ feed room to meet all of your animal’s needs. The stairs in the feed room provide second floor loft access. The double 8’x60’ leanto overhangs provide extra protection for your animals and equipment from the elements.
