Modular Barn – Branchville, NJ


Project Description:

This is a 30’x30′ modular barn in the trailside style. This Branchville, NJ trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with brown paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. The corner trim and window trim and door trim and crossbucks are painted tan. It has 3 pitch rafters and an architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Shakewood color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 5’x8′ roll doors and 5’x8′ roll doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (4) 10’x10′ stalls and a 10’x10′ tack room and a 10’x10′ open storage area and a 10’x30′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a dutch door to the outside. The tack room has floor and (2) windows and a service door into the aisle. The open storage area has a window. The aisle has double sliding doors at each end. The front sliding doors have windows.
