Modular Barn – Centerville, MA

This is a 36’x84′ modular horse barn in the high country style with (2) 10′ lean-tos. This Centerville, MA high country horse barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. The siding and trim was stained by the customer. It has 8 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Pewter Grey color) shingles. The small windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors and the dormer windows are insulated Silverline Series double-hung windows manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x10′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window and service doors and loft doors with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof are (2) B-48 Series cupolas and a 72″ wide cupola with windows manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular horse barn has (10) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x24′ tack room and a 12’x12′ grooming stall and a 12’x12′ storage room and a 12’x84′ center aisle. It has a full loft accessed via stairs in the storage room. Each end of the loft has a swinging loft door with window. A 12’x68′ area in the middle of the loft is open to the center aisle below and is lined with railing. Along each side of the loft are (2) dormers with an insulated double-hung window in each dormer. On each end of the loft, up near the peak, is a gable vent. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door with yoke into the center aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and (2) sliding windows and a service door into the center aisle. The grooming stall is lined from floor to ceiling with southern yellow pine kick boards and has a sliding window and is open to the center aisle. The storage room has floor and a sliding window and a service door into the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
