Modular Barn – Croydon, NH

Project Description:

This is a 34’x36′ modular barn in the trailside style with (2) 10′ lean-tos. This Croydon, NH trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 4 pitch rafters and galvanized metal roof manufactured by A.B. Martin Roofing Supply. The window is an insulated Andersen Silverline Series double-hung window provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The insulated service door with the window was manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 5’x9′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with windows and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-48 Series cupola manufactured by Creative Cupolas. The foundation is a concrete pad installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (4) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x12′ tack room and a 12’x12′ open storage area and a 10’x36′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door with yoke into the aisle and a dutch door with a window to the outside. The tack room has an insulated double-hung window and an insulated service door with window into the aisle. The open storage area has a dutch door with a window to the outside. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
