Modular Barn – Crozet, VA

This is a 36’x48’ modular horse barn in the high country style with (2) 10’ lean-tos. This Crozet, VA high country horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding stained with caramel stain manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 8 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Charcoal color) shingles. The gutters and downspouts are manufactured by Premier Spouting Design. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x9’ roll doors with windows and 4’x3’ dutch door top sections with window and service doors with window and sliding loft doors with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-48 Series manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular horse barn has (5) 12’x12’ stalls and a 12’x12’ tack room and a 12’x12’ feed room and a 12’x12’ wash stall and a 12’x48’ center aisle. It has a full loft accessed via stairs in the feed room. A 12’x12’ area in middle of the loft is open to the center aisle below and is lined with a railing. Each end of the loft has a sliding loft door with window and, up near the peak, is a gable vent. The stalls are lined with floor to ceiling southern yellow pine kick boards and have a sliding stall door with yoke into the center aisle and a dutch door top section with window in the rear. The tack room has floor and a service door with window to the outside and a service door with window into the center aisle. The feed room has floor and a dutch door top section with window in the rear and a service door with window into the center aisle. The wash stall has floor to ceiling pressure treated southern yellow pine boards on the walls and a dutch door top section with window in the rear and is open to the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. On either side of the sliding doors are windows.
