Modular Barn – Cumberland, RI

This is a 36’x96’ modular horse barn in the high country style with (2) 10’ lean-tos. This Cumberland, RI high country horse barn was built with white pine board & batten siding painted with white paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company, the doors are painted with a custom paint. The roof has 8 pitch and an insulated 28 gauge metal roof (Charcoal color) manufactured by A.B. Martin. The smaller windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The larger windows are insulated double-hung Silverline Series windows manufactured by Ply Gem and provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The insulated service door with window was manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 6’x9’ roll doors with windows and 4’x7’ dutch doors with window and service door and loft door and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof are B-48 Boston Series cupola’s manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular horse barn has (11) 12’x12’ stalls and a 12’x21′ tack room and a 12’x14’ feed room and a 12’x10′ office and a 12’x10’ wash stall and a 12’x5’ bath room and a 12’x96’ center aisle. It has a partial loft accessed via stairs in the feed room. One end of the loft is a swinging loft door and the other end has a triple window with arch. On each end, up near the peak, is a gable vent. The stalls are lined with 4’ high oak kick boards and have a sliding stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door to the outside. The tack room has floor and (2) sliding windows and a service door into the center aisle. The feed room has floor and a service door into the center aisle. The office has floor and a double-hung window and insulated service door in to the center aisle. The wash stall has white glass boards on the walls and is open to the center aisle. The bath room has floor and a double-hung window and a fiberglass door to the center aisle. The center aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. In the front, are extra sliding windows on either side of the sliding doors.
