Modular Barn – Darlington, MD


Project Description:

This is a 34’x24′ modular barn in the trailside style. This Darlington, MD trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding stained with caramel stain manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 3 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal color) shingles. The window is a sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The 5’x8′ roll doors and 5’x8′ roll doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors with window and gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (3) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x12′ tack room and a 10’x24′ center aisle. The stalls are lined with 8′ high southern yellow pine kick boards and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the center aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has pressure treated floor and a window and a service door into the center aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows in the front and double sliding doors in the rear. At each end of the center aisle, up near the peak, are gable vents.
