Modular Barn – Davidsonville, MD


Project Description:

This is a 36’x36′ modular barn in the lancaster style. This Davidsonville, MD lancaster barn was built with white pine board and batten siding painted with red paint manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Charcoal color) shingles. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows and transom windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x8′ roll doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors with window and service door with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. Up top is a B-37 Series cupola with weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (5) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x12′ tack room and a 12’x36′ center aisle. The center aisle has an elevated roof similar to the monitor style. The elevated section has transom windows along each side. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kick boards. Three stalls have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a dutch door with window to the outside. Two stalls have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door into the aisle and a window. The tack room has floor and a service door into the aisle and a service door with window to the outside. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end.
