Trailside Modular Barn – Dover Plains, NY

Project Description:

This is a 32’x24′ modular barn in the trailside style. This Dover Plains, NY trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding stained with natural stain by Haley Paint Company. It has 3 pitch rafters and charcoal metal roof manufactured by A.B. Martin Roofing. The windows are sliding wood barn sash windows manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 6’x8′ roll doors with windows and 48″x80″ dutch doors with a window are built by J&N Structures. The gable vents are also made by J&N Structures.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (3) 10’x12′ stalls and a 10’x12′ tack room and a 12’x24′ aisle. The stalls have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door and a window and a dutch door with window to the outside. The tack room has floor and (2) windows and a service door.
